Privates
Private ice with Coach Stacy.
One player, a small group or a whole team. Tell us the ice times that work for you — Stacy confirms the ones she can make, with the rate, and you accept the ones you want.
Parents book and pay for the ice themselves — Stacy’s fee covers her coaching time only.
How it works
Three steps, nothing booked until you say so.
The ice is yours to book
When you book a private session, you (the player or parent) are responsible for booking and paying for the ice. Stacy's rate covers her coaching time only. Secure the sheet with the rink — or at least confirm it is available — before you list it as an option here.
Good places to find ice: CatchCorner, City of Calgary arenas, Westside Recreation Centre, Flames Community Arenas (403‑243‑8484) and the West Hillhurst Community Association.

You ask
Say how many sessions you want, then list the ice times you could do — rink, date, start time and length. List more options than sessions: it raises the odds Stacy can fit you in. Add who is skating, or tell us the names closer to the day.
- 2
Stacy confirms
You get an email straight away saying your request is in. Stacy looks at your options and emails back which ones she can make, with the rate for each session and any notes.
- 3
You accept
Each confirmed time comes with an Accept and a Decline button. Accept the ones you want and they are booked. Nothing is held until you accept.
You need a Stacy Allen Powerskating account to request ice — the same one the parent portal uses. It takes an email address and a six-digit code, nothing more.
